Thanks for your response this morning Taff. I didn't get a chance today to reply as I was on the buy for a play related to PVF.v I managed to get a position before the expected news but now that the day is over I am able to get back to you. I think you cleared up the question I had about the mineral rights for the 40 acres and I will look for an opportunity to avail of the upside potential when and if timing is right. Thanks again.
