Some basic information on CAVN from Hoovers.com:

Cavion Technologies (NASDAQ:CAVN) hacks away barriers to home banking. Cavion provides Internet services that allow credit unions to offer home banking services online but keeps them safe from hackers. Taking the "Eee!" out of e-banking, Cavion offers a private frame-relay network (CUiNET) over which credit unions communicate with members and other businesses. Cavion software enables members to look at accounts, transfer funds, and pay bills online. Founded in 1996, Cavion has a POP (point of presence) in Colorado and is moving into California, Delaware, Minnesota, and North Carolina. It has about 35 credit unions and leagues as customers. Director Andrew Telsey owns 20% of Cavion, and private investor Julie Graham owns 16%.

QP ends 11/23. Should be an interesting week next week.
