Hope this does not sound like a dumb question but here goes anyway.
My brother has a computer that I used and I noticed that when I use his down arrow to scroll it is very smooth and not jerky like mine. Just a little annoying but I figured this is the thread to ask this question and wondering if anyone can help.

Alan, locate the executable file using Windows Explorer.
Right click on the file name, select 'send to' and 'desktop'.
