NOVN--hit an all time high on Friday, with more than double the volume of Thursday. The chart shows a move up out of a long basing pattern:

Also the fundamentals are very strong:

There's where you are wrong......Jefferson Medical College trains physicians for physician shortage areas in the tristate {PA,DEL,NJ} areas. Like all teaching hospitals in big cities, we treat indigent, poor and streetpeople who do not pay for these free services...You and I pay for them through our insurance plans. Don't you think the government should pick up some of the tab? Do you know how much money could be saved for medical education by eliminating weapon testing and building one less nuclear submarine?.....billions, that's right!..Where would you rather we spend money?....The healthcare system today is cracking under the weight of HMO's and Medicare cutbacks.....something is wrong when your teaching hospitals are totally filled with patients and yet are still losing millions!!! Take it from someone on the inside. Peace
