Looks great, thanks. Salon really picks some winners from my pov. I remember they said "Slaves in the Family" was overrated... yep. And they did a whole series on Cold Mountain... yep.

The Woman Who Walked Into Doors is my favorite by Doyle so far, but everything he's written is good. I like reading books by Irish writers, I find the Irish character fascinating, if I may use such a term as "the Irish character." There does seem to be an Irish character, to me, that is indefinably but unmistakeably different from that of other Europeans, more gregarious, but at the same time, more solitary.
