Hal,

I'm happy with TC.

I already answered your question regarding qCharts at different time intervals. My opinion is that it has nothing to do with them for the most part. One ends at 4p and the other at 5:30p.

I'm trying to be nice here and I'm not qCharts mother to defend. We're all in this together and working to build some common knowledge. One thing I find odd and somewhat offensive about this thread is the religious fervor folks feel for or against this provider. I'm just here to gather information. I'm a big boy and will change providers again as I see fit.

Alan

Hal, don't mean to but in. I'm new with qcarts, still learning basics including set up. What is there is incredible, as you know. Will soon get into accuracy and timeliness of data as you are now, but am trying it on the word ( and postings ) of reputable others around a lot longer than me.

Hope it all works out. Tried to reach them, got thru on the second ring. Next time, took 2 days for response. Have talked to them several times, and I'm either getting a lot of b.s., or they seem sincere in getting updated in their growing pains dept.

As far as a co. that treads water and never moves ahead, and one you use, Tscan, has the most inaccurate stats and worst c. service in the history of this business. Yet you tolerate that for your own reasons. And stay with them.

If qcharts had 20 years in business under their belt, and still had these problems (for you), then it would be time to move on. Try and compare another vendor, run both for a month, compare accuracy of your specific data, and let us know what happens.

I'm afraid to leave the cable box and go to the net, and need the feedback of people to make a decision. All this was meant in good spirit.
