This of course assumes that PALM will offer 345Million shares. But no one knows:

How many PALM shares will be authorized or floated
Who the underwriter is
What the PALM IPO offering price will be
What the valuation of PALM will be post IPO
How much of PALM will be made public

Until PALM files a prospectus we are all just guessing
