Regarding the affadavit, I am told it is not a binding document seeing how there is no Notary or court stamp and no witness signature. What is your take on this?
Also does Zapara own Alexis?
What is the name of Meyers company?
What services does Meyers company provide to Alexis?

I will reiterate, Mork has never lied to me. I am sure he will provide you with a witnessed, notarized, signature guaranteed affadavit if necessary. I am convinced he is not lying here.
Zapara owns Alexis (his daughter's name). I don't know what Mayer's company name is, but my understanding is that he does what Zapara does, promote stocks.
In terms of what Zapara did to Mork, all I can tell you is that even his former business partners (and others) have told me....he'd do anything for a buck. Some of the companies whith whom he has done business ahve threatened to kill him. There are a couple of deals in WHICH HE SOLD STOCK FOR COMPANIES, PROMISING TO SPLIT THE MONEY WITH THEM. Check out VHS Enterprises, and Amazon Treasures. And there are others. THe SEC and the Justice Department would have a field day with him IMHO.
You may want to talk to Jim Grant, who is now manager at Shawnee Country Club, 405 XXX XXXX. He'll open your eyes a bit. He was a former partner with Zapara. There are others I can turn you on to potentially, but I'd have to clear with them first, if you're interested.

So far, Kugler is offering Paul an affadavit from Mork to swear he was only short because Zapara dumped.
Now...Kugler is a broker. He is soliciting stock from a long, for a shortseller, knowing that Mork shorted against Zapara's stock and , according to his own email, how Zapara obtained the stock that Mork shorted against. Being a broker, Kugler is OBLIGED to give info to the NASD, did he? Did Tod Pauly dump on Kuglers' "inside info"?

In no way can Pugs try to twist his story to become anything criminal. Uh-oh... The above cannot even be considered tidbits. Pugs has no proof. It is very clear.
Paul makes it clear he was not offered anything but the use of the condo if he came to Wisconsin. That was a very generous and kind offer made by Kugler and gives real insight as to who he really is which is nothing like Pugs and his cronies have tried to convince via their false posts. The malicious intent is clear.

One more point....Kugler KNOWS Zapara sold stock to split . At AZNT he conspired with Charlie Kricfalusi to do this. If Kugler knew this, as his email demonstrates, why, when he is a broker OBLIGED to inform the NASD of inside info, did he instead opt to assist a shortseller and solicit long shareholders for stock. Also recall, tonto, Tod Pauly wa refering longs to Patterson, where Mork was short and also rallying longs to piggy-back on Morks lawsuit against Morgan & Breton.
Martin & tonto could rah-rah for Kugler all day, but it only counts in court. I kept everything. Lawyers and the authorities have it. Prove me wrong in court.
RJ, don't be so quick to agree until you see all the evidence. I only posted a tid-bit...there's tons more!
