Stew, is this announcement about tvgia and at&t as significant as I think? Granted, it's a long term arrangement, but it is a huge number of subscriptions. I hope tvgia secured an ongoing revenue stream from advertising a la the Gem.

Agree with Mike on the first question as just posted on G & K. The agreement between TV Guide and AT&T Broadband yields T 10-15% of the IPG's recurring revenues. TV Guide would have split the balance with Gemstar if not for the merger.
