Razor, I only intended to suggest, gently, that it might be easier to start a new thread, dedicated to MDR, for those who wish to discuss at length the company's business that is not related to the oil-field. Best regards, Bill.

re MDR--To read the initial Mar/99 Bill first introduced in the House go to thomas.loc.gov
and then insert HR1283 in the Bill Number window
