Hi Keith

I guess my reasons were two fold on selling AMKR, first I didn't like the debt ( I don't question why the debt is there maybe I should) and the current ratio, second I wanted to raise cash to look for a new AIM canidate. I like the process of evaluating the next stock. I really miss Dave's comments he has great insight. Dave's fair value is much like PEG (pe to growth ratio) but that growth has to be sustainable or it means nothing. So you must ask is what the company does of value and can they continue to offer that value. Maybe AMKR can but if there is a down turn I don't like the debt. There is really no magic in Dave's fair value formula. The magic is in your gut as to whether the company has lasting qualities. Each individual must answer that for themselves. I wish you well with AMKR, it was a great run. Thanks Dave.
