Who at the SEC or NASD told you this??: "Because they have not filed to become fully reporting and if they filed tomorrow, it is too late to get the approval through the SEC before the deadline." My DD indicates that they are to file 30 days ahead of the deadline, which is approx 12/17. ROTFL!!!!! BTW, still havent answered my question: Why do you post here?? You have no interest in MDHM. That is why it is so obvious that you are: a. short the stock b. have personal vendettas against Les c. losers with nothing else to do with their pathetic lives but to post on a stock they have no interest in, or d. all of the above.
