Dell Rambus-based system for $1,900:

dell.com (left-hand column)

Pentium III 533 MHz
128 MB PC700 RDRAM
13.6 GB hard drive (Ultra ATA, 7200 RPM)
TNT2 M64 32 MB AGP 3D graphics controller
17" monitor
... and so on

OK, so it is PC700 RDRAM (and not the full-blown PC800 speed grade) and a 533 MHz Pentium III (probably not Coppermine), but nevertheless, you can't argue with that price point. This should help spur even more production of RIMMs from the DRAM manufacturers.
