Id5030; I expect the FCC to cast this in stone (good time to buy COVD, RTHM as they will pop,) but it might actually benefit ATHM. The FCC has continuously stated that providing high-speed Internet access to the mainstream is of highest importance. This will put a backburner to AT&T, Comcast, Time Warner etc. to upgrade their plants. From a FCC perspective this will create a competitive high-speed Internet landscape (xDSL, Wireless, cable) to the consumers. Everyone is happy, except the RBOCs who will appeal giving the cable-cos more time in rolling out their service. Later Sillen
