So the headline, and the body of the news, disagree?

You have got to be kidding me...

Medinah has entered into an agreement to acquire the stock position of the largest shareholder of a NASDAQ trading company.

So they're going to dump tens of millions of MDHM(E) shares on the market to buy stock in *another* company? This is a merger? ROTFL! They're going to tank your stock price so they can buy 3/4/5/whatever measly percent in another business and you're happy about it??? Is it at least another mining-related company, or can we now expect PRs about the gloriously diversified MDHM(E).

must take place within a maximum period of 200 days

At least this part makes sense. You can't dump that much stock on the market in a hurry without sending the price to $0.00. Which is probably where it's heading anyway since...

...there is still no SEC filing.

Unbelievable. Truly unbelievable.
