john, john...always so negative. while i agree with you that 200 days seems excessive and that it seems likely that they will have to float more stock to get this done...at least they are actively trying to get it done. it's a start. hopefully more news detailing the specifics will come out to clarify for all interested (read = shareholders) will be interesting to watch

Just Can't wait only 195 days left! You did know the fact behind this could be to help get some money in the bank first. Let's see 200 days or about 145 trade days times 400,000 avg a day would be about... 60,000,000 shares, so that takes care of the new issued converstion 144 stock. (oh, ooopesss no insider is selling that stuff so say's de "Z" Team.....) Yet will it be enough to put some money in the bank account pre the joining of the firms? Now what would or should we think will happen? as I'm in the dark, yet from this point in time, we may see lots of news, it will be all about the merger over the next 195 days. Yet they may wish to say nothing about it as they may need to have a black out of news durn, them private talks. Just think 195 days by 7 would equal about 21 weeks... We could post news next week or in week #20 #19 etc. for a long time. Can you think of what that may do for the "News Next Week Idea", What will this fluffy bit of news do for the price now that everyone got in on the hot tip that must have been let out by someone on 11/11/99 the date on this news rls. for the start of the 200 day run... and just about the time the low went in and the buying started to take her back up..... hmmmmmmmm no leaks right!~ you bet there never are any~~~ Who would have thunk.... hey.... Best one I've seen yet..... Smoke and what Hmmmmmmmm. you bet it's starting to smell like a 6 day old fish in the back seat of your car.... I'm going to wait for the updated news flash to do any more bottom fishing as the fish can't swim in a dry lake. Heck it's just MHO. so don't look so down. Better days are coming just wait or ask someone on the "Z" Team they will tell ya..... How Good it Gets around here.
