I don't see that as being at issue. The question is whether there is a competitive market in intel based software, and if not is Microsoft thwarting competition.

Isn't it ironic that the same constituents who whine and moan about Govt doing something when the markets are falling under free-market mechanisms are now complaining that the Govt should back off from Microsoft?
