Fagan's had enough... Fagan says sell Paramount or wait for news Paramount Ventures & Finance Inc PVF Shares issued 27,591,374 1999-11-15 close $0.63 Tuesday Nov 16 1999 Brian Fagan, writing in the Nov. 9 Interim Market Report (No. 25), says Paramount Ventures & Finance is a sell at 64 cents. Mr. Fagan recommended the stock in September, 1997, at $1.04 based largely on technical factors, and wrote about it five times since then. In the current report, The Washington-state-based letter writer appears generally supportive of the company, noting its strong cash position of $3-million and its plans to search for diamonds early in 2000 in Ontario. Paramount also plans to soon be mining alluvial diamonds in Brazil. With news from the company just around the corner, "you might want to hold off making any decision on PVF until then," Mr. Fagan concludes.
