jhild I value your opinions and insights: Just for the sake of conversation and IMHO. Lets look at the following; Lets set aside the merger for a moment. If EINI were to be put up for sale? The sale price$ EINI - 30,000,000 shares at .40 = ? If MVEE were put up for sale? The sale price? MVEE - 600,000,000 shares at .005 = $3,000,000 ? Revenue Stream Values? IMO - It appears that current trading share volumes are drying up. If this is the final bottom then IMO the MVEE Revenue Streams will adjust the share values automatically in 2000. In either case it appears to me that continued revenue streams will be forthcoming. Even if EINI filed a BK then MVEE could buy it out of BK and still end up with a good internal technical operation. At 600,000,000 shares /$3,000,000 MVEE sure looks way undervalued to me but then what do I know? Each 10% increment of this company appears to translate to a $300,000 buy-in, now this appears to me to be a great bang for the buck. But then again what do I know? Gee, Golf and lunch at Pebble Beach for one day is only around 100,000 shares not counting the hotel. LOL Neither EINI nor MVEE give the appearance of a mom/pop operation. Yes, I have some reservations regarding the accounting but then over the years I as well as others have seen some companies post earnings reports that drove the stock down and then were corrected only to see dramatic recoveries. I am not suggesting that that this is the case here. I will continue to be a long term long because I like the Management Team and the Board of Directors. Best wishes to MVEE and EINI for the new year! Merry Christmas and Happy New Year to one and all on SI Cordially Bill
