Sig, Hi!! RE: Its no wonder that others consider it 'easy' to copy the Dell model direct but have trouble making it work unless they have access to the arrangements and systems behind the company walls. I remember Mike Kwatinetz addressing this same questioning when he was asked if one should be concerned that others were attempting to copy DELL's model....I believe he responded: "imagine where DELL will be in five years if they get it going in their own companies"...
