Steve, I think it is great that you are reviewing the two software packages. Keep it up. However, I was wondering if you or anyone you know might have compared QCharts with MyTrack.

I'm Director of Active Trader Products, Steve. Ultimately, I'm responsible for QCharts and the QFeed service. You and I have corresponded privately via SI and you report that you even spoke to me in person at the Day Trading Expo, though you didn't choose to identify yourself to me in person. You have had, through me, direct access to someone at Quote.com who is in a position to lobby for what you want. But your posts on Silicon Investor don't seem aimed at getting problems solved. Your incessant complaints about the service have culminated in your decision, stated numerous times, to leave the service. But the complaints have continued.

I'm sorry the service isn't meeting your needs. I've posted my direct email here several times and am available by name if you would pick up the phone and call quote.com and ask for me, I've never gotten any detailed report from you of what you are experiencing - all I have seen from you is non-specific gripes on SI. You reported you were crashing and I asked you to please send me a Dr. Watson report directly so we could address the problem, but I have yet to see any such report.

What's the deal? We're here to help if we can.
