" If somebody knocked on my door today giving me the option of either Lite or Full Rate I think I would laugh." I'd ask for the pricing and if the full rate were within my budget I'd go with it. But, I don't think I'll hear that knock on the door to soon. It use to be the Telcos were different than the Cable Co., but that is not so true today. The broadband rollout is still happening and whatever is fast and affordable will be utilized. Later we'll all be connected by wireless, (cellular or satellite) or fiber. All giving us huge increases in bit rates. Here is an item which maybe of interest to you. Message 11945412
