I think you may be right on with your prediction. 10 points would not be a problem if they can settle. I hope MSFT can see through the trees and work this out. The legal process will be a long expensive grind for everyone.

not likely. such an event (settlement) is probably discounted in the current price just as the stock did not fall out of bed on jackson's findings.
