EGRP vs. TBFC

What is the "official" ratio between EGRP and TBFC? I notice that Telebanc is slightly below E*Trade right now.

FWIW,

This sector is moving. Nite is pulling up hard as well. The leading indicator that trading volume is increasing. Retail investors are moving back into the game. EGRP is up 60%+ in 40 days. Yes, EGRP and this sector will oscillate but we have left the area were several bottoms were put in. The group is breaking out. April will see EGRP at $80-$120
