TMR traded forever in the high 3's because a seller wanted out (at any cost I guess). Same with FLC around 12 3/4 recently. Big buyers of OEI know this and wait for the most part on the sidelines with periodic buys until the seller is cleared. Watch it explode once the seller is cleared out though...too tough to time.
