Would anyone care to share further insights into the Series A and B warrants? Here's what I can surmise from the GOJO website. graphon.com Warrant A = GOJOW = right to purchase GOJO @ 5.50/sh before Nov. 12 2002 unless called. Warrant B = GOJOZ = right to purchase GOJO @ 7.50/sh before Nov. 12, 2002 unless called. There is no information(clear to me) that they can be called after 20 days trading at-or-above their respective strike prices...but that is a typical call parameter... Therefore, presuming that criterion, GOJOW could have been called on 10/4/99. GOJOZ has 14 more days above 7.5 to go... So far, I have been unable to locate the quantity of either set of warrants, so cannot comment on the cash that would accrue from their redemption. Does the company need the cash???? Now, I may have made some severe interpretation errors...but that's the way I understand the warrants... I welcome any clarification!
