You should listen to JP. The longer MSFT delays settling this
case, the worse it's gonna be for longs.

You're gonna have to face facts and quit whining about the FED.
Either settle or languish in the 80's & 90's range.

It's a government shakedown for cash and power. I think the whole thing stinks, but it's kind of like when a cop pulls you over in Mexico, sometimes you got to pay the bribe, there's no other way. Janet Reno and her pet rat Joel Klein, along with Judge Jackson have got Microsoft management, and by extension all the shareholders held hostage in a bull market.

Either just eat some doo doo and get this over with, or let the stock languish and eventually the selling will increase as money rotates to hotter stocks. Patience will run very thin if the market rockets while the stock is held back.
