I can understand it and I beleive that is true. However, Intel as an organization has a difficult time making statements that are that clear. And, I blame their IR department for allowing Andy Bryant and some of the others, especially the technical types, to go out to the investment community and explain things in their own fashion - which many times confuse the issue - and destroy credibility.
