Specifically what lies are you referring to? I've watched this company for quite awhile, and have never seen them miss a deadline on a promise. I am in Houston where they are, have spoken with and will be meeting with Charles S. when things settle regarding development opportunities for my company with them - and frankly, you're WAY off base on this one, and that tired rhetoric just doesn't apply here. I've seen the liars - and this isn't one of those.
Check your facts, is all I can say. You obviously know zero about this company, and you're probably not in tune with what an ASP actually is.
ASPs are basically a saviour for small and medium businesses (and the Fortune 1000, for that matter) who have been and will be consumed by IT talent, application development and IT infrastructure costs in the near future. An ASP takes all of that away - or at least the most expensive part of it.
As far as finances, Ebase will probably surprise you when they do put them out. I don't know if you have an understanding of that process, either, but February is pretty damned good considering where they are in their business lifecycle.
I think you're just throwing out crap, frankly -and you have no idea who EBAS is and what they are trying to achieve - just thinking of them in terms of another BS OTC stock. Your mistake, and absolutely forgiveable if you're just coming from an uninformed perspective based on past experience with these OTC issues.
