Collen, OT. I read a, one paragraph, blurb, section C, in Monday's Houston Chronicle, that Roger Clinton, and his wife Molly, first-time home buyers, have purchased a house in Torrance, CA, with 3,120 sq.ft., three fire places, at a cost of $570,000. Now, I wish somebody on this thread would tell me, how does a dead-beat, jail bird, junkie, who never held a real job in his life, qualify for a mortgage on a house at that price? Does anyone smell 3 day old fish?? ^^TD^^
