What about a Q deal with INTC that guarantees huge supply of CDMA chips worldwide along with a MOT or NOK agreement to push out as many CDMA enabled appliances as physically possible.

Results:

~Q gets the CDMA royalties
~INTC gets into the PCS/Wireless chip business in a big way
~NOK or MOT is in the drivers seat as far as chip supply and CDMA technology

Everyone wins as "Supply creates its own Demand". The new standard will be set with 3 major powers lined up behind CDMA. Everyone else better follow or get the hell out of the way!

Not too far fetched to me!
