Harry: I can't speak for the poster but I would think he was referring to the smidgin of an upturn on all the trend lines on the day he posted the charts. Anyway - who trusts charts. Last week NETP was signalling buy on every measurable index and it has lost 20% from its high since then! I think CPQ's move up, when it comes will be an event - an appointment of CFO, a statement that YK2 will not be too disruptive, a statement from IDC that CPQ is regaining market share and its leadership from DELL, a statement from Captain that he has sold out his COMPAQ (In the case of a Captain selling it would be termed "a relief rally"). There are a number of potential events worth $2 each.
