Re Server Farms--With the rise in server/storage farms, what is Intel doing? Remember, they announced a major initiative into this area, hosting internet sites, etc. I have no idea the form their initiative is actually taking. But, presumably they would be developing their own equipment to put into these farms. Would they be an eventual competitor to NTAP? Can anyone give us an overview of Intel's plans here?

Best,
JS

For a good description of EMC's response to NTAP see
techstocks.com
EMC isn't going to give this market to NTAP. EMC has much larger resources for R&D, marketing, etc., and Data General gives it the tools to respond now. There is no gorilla game here.
