JT, i have used the IB system for trading S&P futures. imo it is the best platform available on the market at this time. The system is much faster than competing systems that i have tried. i have not had any problems with the drop down menus or the alternative order entry screens.
imo it is the leader by a large margin, but we obviously trade different issues.

One more thing that I forgot to mention...

TWS does not work in a internet connection sharing environment.

Just to followup on the bid/ask size issue on TWS...

They finally admitted that the bid/ask size were displayed incorrectly. The question is how long it'll take to fix it.
