Due, I am puzzled

by the large increase in inventory posted in the June statement. I do not see a corresponding increase in "cost of sales" or accts payable, which one might expect from the greater production.

Otherwise, reported contracts are favorable and indicate an investment in SEVT would be rewarded.

Am I not reading the statement correctly? Can you see where my reasoning is off?
