J.P., I think you misunderstood my comments.

It may not matter to you from a long term strategic standpoint. But to people like me who have a lot of money invested it matters quite a bit. You see, when my money is sitting idle while the case is going on I'm losing the opportunity to make more money, in fact, at this point I'm losing gains on MSFT. Meanwhile other stocks like SUNW, NOK, etc are rocketing ever higher.

So go ahead and bail out of MSFT you may say.

If you've been on this Thread for more than a month (and I know you have been!), then you know that *no one* has been more bullish on this stock than me (and I am still bullish on this stock over the long term), and MSFT makes up a *HUGE* portion of my retirement.

If you reread my posts I believe you will find that I, like you, and simply expressing my frustration with the current MSFT situation, and my reasons for thinking that the stock may be dead money for a certain period of time...yet I would prefer that MSFT fight this fight to the finish and not give in to the DOJ's communist position.

Please revisit my earlier posts and hopefully you will see that we are actually in complete agreement as to where things stand right now, and that our frustrations are shared.

Respectfully,
Teflon
