Yes your right Retk was a spin off of Hncs (San Diego based Co).

What's wrong with Hncs? It's one of my favorite local companies.

Came upon the following site while looking for info. on charities' relative operating efficiency, etc., and thought others on this thread may find it useful:

Looks like it will be a fantastic resource eventually, but right now it is still somewhat incomplete. They apparently plan on making available all form 990s, which most charities have to file w/the IRS and which detail how much revenue came from private donations vs. gov't grants, how much is spent on overhead and fundraising, etc.,
