If all the facts were being aired --- and they're not --- whose shoes would you rather be in? I'm talking from Day One. The day NN went public. The day shareholders became joint owners. The day its board of directors pledged to look after their interests, not just TM's.

The real issue is not personalities but the running of an organization that develops products and services for specified markets. Once you've added up the strengths and weaknesses, the final question is whether to merge or maintain independence. If the latter, then how is it going to be done?

The blaming game is pointless and anyone who wants to debate the issues based on this fails to understand the seriousness of the situation. I think TM's wise enough to know this. I'm absolutely certain the board is.
