Thank you--TBFC should be trading 5% higher than EGRP.

OK, since it is currently about 5% lower than EGRP, if I
wanted more shares of EGRP at the current EGRP price,
and if I felt the deal would complete, I should buy TBFC because that would be a 10%
discount on EGRP. Do I have that correct ??

One current case of near perfect arbitrage is QWST and USW.
At closure, USW share gets 1.72932 shares of QWST. USW trades at 1.72932 X QWST right now.
