I beat the hell outta the guy. Does that count for my moral duty?

Question: What happens when the male who commits statutory rape is a minor? I think DA's seldom prosecute. Am I mistaken? If the parents had insisted, would they have had to - assuming the sex was concensual?

One more response on this since it keeps getting brought up and then I am thoroughly done with it, all together. Both my parents worked, and became aware of this problem when they found out through the school that my sister had been skipping classes to be with this guy. She wasn't consenting? Just how do you base the ability t form this requisite of consent? By law? Well, that's just f***ed up. Don't you realize that in some states 16 is A-OK? Hmmm... but that's ok, blame my parents, or me, just so you can embrace your precious little agenda. I'll never bother your demented self again. Adieu.
