You have oft repeated your proposed settlement, and it seems emminently fair, just, and possible....the only problem is, we few people here, one newspaper, and perhaps cco, know about your proposal. Don't you think it might be good to plant the seeds of such a settlement in the State's mind right now so they can digest it and consider its merits? I'm not sure what you think holding back with such information accomplishes at this point. I don't see the strategy, except that you are listening to what the company is telling you to do, and I haven't seen anything accomplished for the shareholder lately by this company.
