Nothing solid. One thing to watch is the deal Intel and ADI had announced before Intel licensed with AWRE. Here is one link about it....

Another thought is related to the Cisco - Intel deal, but I'm not at all clear how that would apply to AWRE.

One of the things which has been mentioned to me is G.Lite. G.Lite is a fast means to get customers for CLECs like RTHM, COVD, & NPNT. Now with line sharing opened up there will be a race to out pace the normally sluggish TELCOs at getting customers in the consumer portion of the broadband market. It's known if you get customers they tend to stay with you, so the CLECs will move as fast as they can with G.Lite. Then worry about Full Rate later. SO...Intel is following the old adage..."How many cheap chips can a cheap chip shipper ship?" I say cheap because G.Lite chip are less expensive than multi-rate chipsets.

Keep in mind all is conjecture at this point. At this moment the ADI DSP deal is the way I'm leaning.
