You are simply selling shares at $16 and you will have capital gains from your existing adjusted cost base. This is not a dividend.

Sounds like a good question for your broker! Sorry I can't help you there.The Corporate Action Notice I just read states clearly however that the $16 will be calculated as $6.85 representing the `` paid up capital `` per share and a $9.15 DIVIDEND
