buy them in the open market, they will still rise 500% after that, if the underwriter is Morgan Stanley or Goldman Sachs and you wait for the first or second bottom to get in.

MSLV today was beautiful, i got in once it bottomed at $ 35 soon after it opened for trading, then it rose all day after that, closing at $ 55.
beautiful.
i will sell them on the gap up tomorrow and buy more EGRP (:-)) or maybe keep them.

suggest you email etrade for their policy, it may be that the demand was so high, and allocation was done on a first come basis/lottery

Just look at that market volume, has to be great for EGRP. Nasdaq volume is up big again.
