From their recent news release .... Upon recommendation of the agents, Sprott Securities Limited (as lead agent) and Canaccord Capital Corporation, marketing of additional special warrants will continue until Nov. 30, 1999. Unless they pull a surprise on us and close the second tranche of the financing earlier than previously announced, I can't see how they would be able to announce any news that would have "substantial material impact" on present prices. That being said ... I agree with you that the climb above $9 today (albeit on low volume) has attracted my attention.
