DCF I already know what you are about and I have no interest in engaging you on this. However, read what I said again. What I am pointing out is that nowhere in the country can a manager stand up and say - we don't want you because you are - a woman, a "little person", non-white, white, pregnant, male - etc. We don't live in a society like that and regardless of how you feel about gays, blatant discrimination is not ok, against anybody, and it is representational of good leadership. To make matters worse there are issues with Buchanan and Duke etc. and people are sensitive to this nazi-esque virus in the republican party anyway.
