What I am pointing out is that nowhere in the country can a manager stand up and say - we don't want you because you are - a woman, a "little person", non-white, white, pregnant, male - etc. But they should be able to. It's called freedom of association. That's a GOOD thing. That people use that freedom in stupid and petty ways is no reason to trash can it.
