Something else has happened here in Toronto that might have a huge impact on what happens in the next few months. Crooks using a device on the phone lines have now been able to grab the pin numbers used in many ATM's.

Once they have the pin number they withdraw from the accounts. Banks state they have no way to stop this as the person can read the information from any location.

Mytec's products could stop this and the time is right for the market to open up to this idea. I hope to hear more about this soon.

Bob, I am upset with the quarterly results, which show a modest impact of the CIBC sale and confirm, IMHO, that we have a persistent management problem.

I worked out the following breakdown which is the base for my disappointment:

1998 1999 % chg

Monitoring 8,948,990 9,731,578 8.7%

Biometrics 550,835 568,964 3.3%

Total 9,499,825 10,300,542 8.4%

Management must become "aggressive" in selling these dam units and in bringing MYT to the USA stock exchanges. They must finally realize that Canada is not the world, and that MYT need the world market, starting with the USA!MYT must organize an IPO with a leading underwriter in the USA a s a p, or it will remain forever the village
workshop!

Any views from others?
