Burt - Re: "Just noted that Intel has filed to sell its CMGI holdings. They are selling at around 125. Anyone know what Intel paid for them and when?"

Yes.

On or about December 24, 1997, Intel purchased 500,000 shares of CMGI for about $11,000,000.

This represented about 4.9% of CMGI's outstanding stock.

Since that time, CMGI has split its shares 3 times, each a 2 for 1 split, bringing Intel's number of shares to 4,000,000 with an average per-share cost of $2.75/share.

Intel is only selling 125,000 shares at this time (worth $15.6 Million today) - and they sold 200,000 additional shares on November 3.

As you can figure, most of the proceeds from the sales are "PURE PROFIT".

Joe Osha - please take note.
