Stock made two nice bottoms: One after the D-Day, and the other one only today in the morning at 84 3/8. Now 89.

It does remove some uncertainty.
However:
After the news MSFT has been trading above 90. All time high is around 100.
Do you think that MSFT will start making new all time highs with the rest of uncertainty hanging over it in anti-trust case?
Besides it didn't look like it could spark the crowd at Comdex either.

Even if it will get close to its all time high, or even break it, I do not think that it will be among the best performers in the near future. In terms of ROI, that is.

There are a lot more promising opportunities out there.
